Start A Return

Sometimes you're just not that into it! We get that and want to make the returns process easy. Follow these simple steps to get the unwanted item(s) back to us for free:

Open returns portal: https://youngalive.com/a/returns

• Enter your email address and order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email. Starts with YA)
• Select the quantity of the product(s) you want to return 
• Choose your reason for returning
• Submit return
• You will receive an email with your return number. This email will contain a link for you to create a Royal Mail shipping label. 
• Click the link in the email: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5407
• Pick Young Alive as your retailer
• Select the size of the package being returned 
• Enter your details *Please include your order number after your surname i.e. Smith YA101010
• Select return method, whether this is drop off at the post office or collection from your home. 
• You will receive an email with your shipping label / QR code (which can be printed at the Post office
• Return the item 
• Wait for the refund to appear in the original method of payment (this can take up to 10days depending on your provider)
