How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will receive a confirmation email with a link to Royal Mail where you can create your QR code. PLEASE READ the instructions on your email carefully before creating your QR code.
- All returns are free.
What items are returnable?
- Items received within 28 days of shipment
- They must be in original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
How soon will I get my refund?
- You will receive a notification email once your return is received and checked.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method, within 10 working days.
