What do I get for my points?

100 Points = £1. The rewards tab will show you what amount you can claim (at any time) Simply copy the discount link and paste it at the checkout.

How can I earn points?

The first step is to click on the ‘YA Rewards Tab’

Once an account is created on the ‘YA Rewards’ tab, you will see all the actions that you can participate in. Here are some:

Points are exclusive of delivery and will account for any discounts used.

How can I see my points?

You can see your points at any time by clicking on the ‘YA Rewards’ Tab.

How can I spend my points?

Click on the “YA Rewards” tab and under “Get Rewards” you will see a list of available rewards e.g £5 off. The available discounts will have a unique code that you can copy and paste into ‘Discount code’ at checkout.

Valid Period for YA Points

Expiration for points 45 days. You will be sent a reminder prior to the expiration of your points.

What is the maximum spend of points?

On any one order, the maximum that you can spend is 1500points. For instance, if you have 2500 points, you can spend 1500 on an order and then another 1000points on another order.

Returning of YA points

  • If an unpaid order is cancelled, the points applied to the original order will be deducted.
  • If a product is returned, the points of that value will be deducted. In the case of a partial refund, the same value of points will be deducted.
  • If a refund is made after you have used some of your points, then all available points will be deducted until the account balance is 0.

Please note the values and awarding of the points are done at the sole discretion of the company and it is within the company’s right to make changes.
